Power connectors are the terminals for the power cable. They usually are configured with the standard three-prong array (two for the circuit and one for grounding). One end is male (with the three prongs) and plugs into a wall socket. The other end is female (with three inlets). This end accepts either another power cable extension or attaches to the male power connector on the back of the computer.
